How can I build a High Bar Set-Up in my Backyard?
I am looking to build a high bar set-up in my yard and am wondering how deep each post should be anchored down. I am also confused as to which materials I should use for this.
Do you mean for pull ups and working out? When placing a post you should dig to below the frost line depending on where you live 42"-48". Dig twice the width of the post and place post in the center and fill the hole with concrete (you can just buy a bag of quickcrete and mix it yourself). then use a level and make sure the post are vertical before it sets up.
If this is to work out on there are some much easier and cheaper options. There are bars you can get for 20-30 dollars that hook to a door frame, or I just use a old bench bar spread across the rafters of my garage.

String that specifies the window ornaments to display. The following features are supported:
channelmode = { yes | no | 1 | 0 } Specifies whether to display the window in theater mode and show the channel band. The default is no.
directories = { yes | no | 1 | 0 } Specifies whether to add directory buttons. The default is yes.
fullscreen = { yes | no | 1 | 0 } Specifies whether to display the browser in a full-screen or normal window. The default is no, which displays the browser in a normal window.
Use full-screen mode carefully. Because this mode hides the browser's title bar and menus, you should always provide a button or other visual clue to help the user close the window. ALT+F4 also closes the new window.
height = number Specifies the height of the window, in pixels. The minimum value is 100.
left = number Specifies the left position, in pixels. This value is relative to the upper-left corner of the screen.

20 kg thrusters x 50 (Wish the bar would go up that easy in fran, but still had to break it up due maxed out heart rate)
30 Pullups (all chest to bar sets of 5)
PM= Flat out sprints (Road bike) 30 seconds hard, 30 sec easy, 30h, 25e, 30h, 20e, 30h, 15e, 30h, 10e, 30h, 5e, 30h, 2 Minutes easy X 3 Rounds.
04-Feb = Road bike hill sprints 20 seconds on, 10 sec easy, x 4. Recover down the hill then repeat x 6. (small chainring 5th cog)

This sounds like an abusive relationship to me. He is treating you like crap. Why are you giving him your money??? You are not married! You are 22 and should be having the time of your life. That is awesome that you are going to school and going to be a nurse, but life is too short to spend time with someone who makes you cry and miserable. You could be spending it with someone who makes you feel loved and adored. Someone that is proud of what you are doing to improve your and THEIR life. A lot of girls don't do that. And if my boyfriend stayed away for 2 nights, he would come home to an empty house.
