Funny you ask this. It doesn't matter. Belt CP is a bit more popular here in the US. There really isn't a big difference in the two helicopters.

how can i convert small voltage to 12 volt dc?
i want to convert the output from a brushless cooling fan used in cooling computers etc. to 12 volt out put
fan motors are motors, not generators. They may output a few volts if you spin them fast enough, but it depends on the motor.
DC-DC converter modules are available that will convert a few volts to a higher voltage, but they are expensive. In your case, the output at 12 volts will be a very small current.
