Gas Powered Rc Buggies
my RC gas powered car (buggy)?
i got it for christmas and still havent got it tuned right. i had it put up for a while since it was really cold. i got it back out and now it wont idle. if i let it set there it will just die, (as if its not getting any gas)
please help.

try putting new fuel in, witch im sure you've done,then put a couple of drops in the carb with the filter off , if it idles long enough ajust your idle screw out a hair and then try leaning it out a little. Hope this anwers your question.

question about RC trucks?
I want to get a gas powered off road rc truck or buggy. What do u think is the best one to get for a good price. I don't want to get a real expensive one since im just starting out but I want a good quality one, one that is pretty durable.
If you are new the the hobby and want to spend the least and get the most out of your truck the best option is the Traxxas T-Maxx. The replacement parts are sold by almost every hobby dealer and there are more hop-up and aluminum parts for that truck than any other on the market. The engine is great and when the time comes you want to change it for more horsepower there are several other engines specifecly designed just for T-Maxx that work aswesome.
Though it may be a little more than a couple others I could have mentioned, it is the most reliable and has the best options for it overall. If you could find a used one in great shape they should run 250.00. Used t-maxx are considered the best second hand truck because of its quality.
If you would Like a buggy, I agree that the sportworks is a good entry level. But if you want one to last through the abuse of a beginner's touch, you'll want one that that can take a good beating. The Ofna hyper 7 is the way to go.
