Lithium Polymer

Ebike battery - Lithium Polymer, NIMH or else?
Hello.
Could anyone tell me what battery I should choose as a replacement for my original battery on my ebike?
It is clear I am looking for a battery which will be efficient, light and cheap ![]()
Well, those three don't go together so I'll drop the "cheap" part.
So, if anyone has the knowledge or experience please help as the original battery is no good (it does not keep the charge) & I don't want to buy another junk battery. The bike runs OK so why not keep on using it?
By the way, it is a chinese ebike with I think a 24V battery.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Bye.
I don't know about on your bike, but in smaller things like cameras, I've found that NIMH batteries tend to last longer. Just don't completely discharge them too often. Put them on charge while they still have a little juice in them and don't overcharge. If you don't have a charger that automatically cuts off at a certain point, overcharging is one of the easiest ways to shorten the life of a battery.

Lithium Polymer Battery Explosion's (liposack)
Which battery is ideal for a line follower robot?
Please answer taking into account speed of the robot. The bot has to be very fast and also have a very small stopping distance... I thought of using Lithium polymer battery(3.67V) or lead acid accumalator(6V). my other options are a standard 9V battery or Lithium anhydride battery.
Look at the batteries and motors in radio controlled model cars - the higher performance (speed, torque) are going to have higher voltages. Since individual battery cells have a fairly low voltage, this usually means connecting a bunch of battery cells in series to raise the voltage. However, the more cells you have, the more volume and mass - possibly affecting how well your robot can start, stop and change direction. Probably need at least 12V pack to get speeds on the order of 1 m/s.

1) During a step growth polymerisation: (also mention what would happen for an addition polymerisation please)
a) Monomer disappears early in the reaction
(for an addition polymerisation (b) would be true)
2)A co polymer can be found by:
c) Polymerising two different monomers
3) The effect of chain transfer reagents is to:
c) Reduce average degree of polymerisation.
4) In ionic polymerisation "living Polymer" is formed when;
b) termination reactions do not occur
5) If Styrene monomers is polymerised under anionic conditions using butyl lithium as the initiator then,
a) The rate of polymerisation is faster in a polar solvent than a non polar solvent.
6) Atactic polypropylene has methyl groups place: (also tell what will be for isotactic polypropylene)
b) Randomly about the polymer backbone
Also:
a) Alternately about the polymer backbone – syndiotactic
c) On the same side of the polymer backbone – isotactic
7) Infrared spectroscopy gives information about:
b) bond vibrations
d) Bond energy
10) The free radical polymerisation, inhibitors;
d) stop the formation of free radicals.
11) Isotactic polypropylene can be synthesised by:
b) coordination polymerisation
This last set of answers doesn't make sense – it isn't (a) or (b), but answers (c) and (d) don't seem to belong with the question! PMMA is a water insoluble homopolymer.
12) Poly(methylmethacrylate) (pmma) is an example of;
a) an AB block co polymer
b) a water soluble polymer
c) their glass freezing temperature
d) their glass boiling temperature.
