mud flaps on a 106 (front, back or both) what do you recomend?


hello there, ive got a peagout 106 and it gets dirty as hell becouse its got no mud flaps on it, if i did buy some mud flaps do you recomend that i get 4 (2 for the front and 2 for the back) or isnt this neccessary and can i get away with 2 either on the front or back?

please help

How does it get "dirty as hell"? Do you drive on dirt/mud roads alot?

I would get all 4 if it was me. Mud flaps not only help keep mud and dirt off of the body, but help protect it from rock chips too.

    Vik, for DIY mud flaps I used MEC's rear deflector shield (Product Number: 4000-410) and cut it into the right-size pieces. The shield is cheap, the right stiffness. I used zip ties to attach them to the fenders. It's amazing the fender manufacturers don't get it – for fenders to be effective they need to go (almost) all the way down. What gives?
