Installation of a Poly Pipe Manifold

I have a 1999 chevy tahoe and it has no power and a exhaust leak at the pipe that connects to the manifold?


engine runs smooth just noise from under neith the motor coming out exhaust connecting to manifold is there a gasket I tighten it a little did nothing.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but. maybe a clogged cat. Part from our store is $385. from the exhaust manifolds down to the muffler flange. Part only. About $65.-200. to get it installed depending on where you live.

    I picked up performance exhaust and air filter. Then started the re-jetting processes.I'm not trying to deter sales from you guys but I found a cheap way to make a performance intake for the performance air filter.Just putting the air filter on the carb really leaves some desire for throttle response and the fuel delivery,so I came up with this solution. Stainless 90 degree drain pipe for sinks,just cut off the flange, clean it with some water and dry it.Then get the rubber connectors with the hose clamps used for PVC pipes.The pipe is $6 and the rubber connector was $3.The intake pipe manifold makes a huge difference.

    cracked manifold on a '01 Mustang? sounds a little suspicious to me…I'd definately get a 2nd opinion, even at the Ford garage..dont tell them what Midas told you, just ask them to look at the exhaust….I have a '00 Mustang convertible that makes a little noise on the exhaust system but is OK
