Single Set Stream music from any computer to single set of speakers.?
Here's the scenario. I have a desktop system that is hard wired to a nice sound system. We are a multi-computer household with several laptops, and these connect via a wifi router located at the desktop. Is there a device that would plug into an ethernet port on the router, and that would have sound outputs, so that you could stream music into the speakers from any computer on the network, probably by setting up a speaker driver on them. Does such a device and technology exist?
I just read today about software that does just you need. It's the Airfoil. It works for both PCs and Macs Check the website referenced below.

Multiple computers may be controlled with a single set of peripheral devices. This is possible using a KVM Switch.
