Spare Treads
How can i get rid of my love handles?
it's like this. I'm nice and built and all that. but i got a spare tire. I eat right, no fast food, plenty proteins, and lots of water. Not to mention regular exercise which includes mile and half on tread, muscle training and abs work out. I work out 3x a week.
Some fat deposits are just sooo stubborn!
You need to focus on your oblique muscles (anatomical term for love handle region).

Help with my family problem?
I am seriously had about enough with my family especially my mum who always bosses me even though I am 16 yrs old. How am I meant to deal with it? She thinks that she is the boss of me and she will decide what I should do or not. I can't do treadmill as she forces me to study and in my spare time when I do use the tread mill she shouts at me telling me to stop as she can't watch the TV which is next to the tread mill. help
I don't know exactly how to explain this to you, but until you are old enough to move out and support yourself, she is "THE BOSS OF YOU". When you finnish studying, and not before, ask if you can move the treadmill to another location. Remember, it's her house. You are the guest, weather you like it or not.
