How do I get the Tecmo Super Bowl 2006 Version!!?

I have read that a 2006 version Tecmo Super Bowl. This version has all 32 NFL teams with updated rosters (for the 2006 seasons).. and supposedly you can download it via NESticle, and you need the original cartridge in order to do so.
